Model Number: WX160215M Key Specifications/Special Features: 1 x plastic dog tag with metal ball chain.Plastic dog tag is made of 1mm thick PP sheet material, die cut within 50mm x 30mm.Colour to be white or black.1 CMYK printed and laminated sticker on the front of the dog tag.Sticker to reach all the edges so dog tags should have the sticker attached before cutting into finished size.Silver metal ball chain is 500mm length (250mm folded in half), 2.2mm diameter beads (or whatever size is cheaper).Standard ball chain clasp.Chain to go through a die cut hole on dog tag with clasp fastened.No jump ring.Packaging – Blister packed but with a dome shaped blister cover and a blister tray inside, see picture below. Backing card to be a die cut shape within 10cm x 14cm, 350gsm grey backed card, CMYK print on front, 1c print on reverse.Dog tag to sit on a blister tray and then placed inside a dome shaped blister cover.Dome blister cover is 65mm diameter, 30mm depth.Blister tray is approx. 60mm diameter, 28mm depth.
